This may cause problems with XHJK-DT, 28. There goes my soccer matches... http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/cdbsmenu.hts?contex t=25&appn=101293160&formid=340&fac_num=13058 |

Mmm... that could also mean co-channel interference in higher parts of Tijuana, especially those they have line of sight to the north, northwest because of the 1000 kW ERP. Too bad, isn´t it. |

This is good news, as I might still be able to get KCET-DT after the transition. XHJK-DT should relocate to channel 21 or 27 where their analog station is (I forget which one). |

We'll see if this causes any issues by the coast in TJ. Currently I am getting great reception of channel 28-1 in Tijuana on UHF 28. May be OK since KCET-TV is currently transmitting their analog broadcast on UHF 28 at 2450 kW. So the 1000kW that they have applied for for their digital channel is lower. Transitioning on 6/12/2009 - although only 155kW is current approved for their constuction permit for the digital transmission. |
