LIVE IN OCEANSIDE 92056(OCEANSIDE BLVD. AND COLLEGE BLVD.) AND WOULD LIKE TO GET KCAL-9 MOSTLY TO WATCH THE LAKER ROAD GAMES. I PUT UP A WINEGARD (YA-1713) AND DID NOT GET ANY CHANNEL TO MY FULL-HD TV.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER
