Anyone willing to come down to my place, help me pick out the best antenna for my situation and help me install?

92110 area code, right next to USD campus.

I've tried several things before and my DIY skills aren't up to par and I'm not catching on to the technology involved. Would like to get something sturdy and permanent, feeding 2 drops.

LMK if you know of any services, or would like to help a fellow SDer and make a few $$ in the process!

Forgot to list my current situation:

15.1, 15.2 coming in 100%
39.1, 39.2, 39.3 flaky, especially when it was raining, no signal
51.1 relatively solid, occasional drops
69.1 solid.

Rabbit ears, but I've also tried DIY antennas indoors and it did not change much.

Would like to get all of the available HD channels OTA in SD!

Roland,

I live right next to USD too, and I pull in these stations using an antenna built out of a coat hanger and a balun from the 1980s I found on the floor in my grandpa's house; you can see that it picks up 7-13 VHF quite effectively.

8
10
15
35 (analog)
39
51
69

If I place it on my balcony, I can also get these stations:
36-*
49 (analog) (weak)

My apartment faces Soledad Mountain, not Mexico.

I can't pull in analog 6 or its digital counterpart at all.

Could you share your longitude/latitude (fuzz it up a bit for privacy?) and post the results from tvfool here?

Hello. I would like get some recommendations for an antenna in Poway. Wanted to do the attic/garage thing, but will roof-mount if that's the only way to get decent reception. Here's my tvfool report: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d9fbedb7ee88157

I just want a decent antenna that will pull in the stations listed and was leaning towards a VHF-HI/UHF antenna like the Winegard HD-7694P; but if I could go smaller, even better. Any comments/suggestions/help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
